Regarding COVID-19/Coronavirus, our top priority is the health and safety of all participants at MODEX. We are closely monitoring and will follow any protocols that are provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

We encourage exhibitors and attendees to take precautions and follow guidelines set by the CDC when they are onsite at the show. Additionally, before and during MODEX, the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) staff will repeatedly sanitize high-traffic fomite areas (door handles, hand rails, bathrooms, etc.) and provide additional hand sanitizing stations throughout the GWCC campus. In addition, as an abundance of caution, MHI will install additional sanitation stations in multiple locations on the MODEX show floor and common areas for the duration of the show. MODEX will be held as scheduled, March 9-12.

Installation of displays begins at 8:00 am Wednesday, March 4, 2020 and continues until 5:00 pm Sunday, March 8, 2020. All displays must be completely installed by 5:00 pm Sunday, March 8, 2020. Complete show inspection will be conducted at 5:00 pm Sunday, March 8, 2020. No exhibitor may begin to dismantle its display before 3:00 pm Thursday, March 12, 2020. All exhibitor materials must be removed by 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 14, 2020. Please refer to the exhibitor manual for more details.

Registration Hours

Once your exhibit is reserved, you will be given a username and password which can be used at www.modexshow.com/listing to add to or update your show directory and online listing. Each exhibitor can be listed under 45 product categories and under the solution center in which they are exhibiting. For listing(s) submitted after the deadline, your company name will be listed as it appears on your Application for Exhibit Space and your company will not be listed under any product categories. If you don't have your username and password, click here to request it.

Go to www.modexshow.com/listing and enter your username and password. This will enable you to enter your company listing for the online directory.

Yes. MODEX 2020 offers complimentary shuttle buses between designated MODEX show hotels and the Georgia World Congress Center. Bus schedules will be posted at the Georgia World Congress Center and in each MODEX show hotel.

Exhibitors can reserve time in the press conference room in the show hall for any media event. Call MHI Marketing at 704-676-1190 to reserve the room or email cmiller[at]mhi[dot]org. The room is reserved at no charge on a first-come, first-serve basis and is set-up classroom style for up to 50 people. All A/V and catering requirements are the responsibility of the exhibitor and must be ordered in advance. If you prefer to hold your press conference or media event in your booth, call to include your event on the show schedule of events that will be mailed to the press before the show and posted in the Press Room. Your conference will also be posted in the MODEX 2020 Online Press Room.

As an exhibitor, MHI will display your press kits or other promotional information in the show Press Room where members of the trade and business press who cover the show will be looking for information about exhibiting companies. Fill your press kit with product news releases, photos, digital files, company information and an invitation to learn more at your booth. You can ship up to 100 media kits to the press room at the show.
