All the storage areas are easy to reach, unlike traditional shelf storage. The design stands out for its impressive durability, reliability and versatility.

Innovation Statement

With the R2V, Rousseau has solved a considerable challenge: creating vertical storage as secure and heavy duty as the R cabinet. We chose to include the same rolling system found on our drawers and also created a handle with an integrated lock-in mechanism. This mechanism prevents more than one drawer from opening at the same time for improved safety.
To facilitate inventory management, we have also adapted several 5S-type accessories to maximize the storage capacity of the vertical drawers (utility panels, magnetic dividers, shelves and hooks). As the drawers open to full extension, there is no wasted space and users can quickly locate their items and tools.
With a load capacity of 200lb. per drawer, our storage system innovates by offering users a storage solution that combines safety, security and efficiency.

Applicability

The R2V Vertical Storage System increases storage capacity while promoting safety and ergonomics. It is an ideal solution to free up floor space, add additional storage above R Heavy-Duty Toolboxes, and to keep tools within easy reach and at a safe height. Integrating this system leads to significant efficiency gains and better inventory management.
