Summary of Innovation

Launched in September 2019, the R-Go Motorized Toolbox adds motorization to our top-selling product: the R Heavy-Duty Cabinet. We are currently the only manufacturer to be offering this type of product. The design of the R-Go is protected by a registered industrial design.

Innovation Statement

The solution integrates a wheel motor, which is controlled by a rotary knob that moves the cabinet forward or backward. The motor is powered by battery. The competitive advantage is in offering a complete solution that provides effective traction to safely climb and descend slopes (up to 6°) and stop instantly thanks to the electromagnetic brake system. The control box design includes the same safety elements often found in the industrial sector (emergency stop button with emergency clearance, warning sound, authorization code, variable speeds).

Applicability

The R-Go provides easier transportation in warehouses. It is especially useful for moving heavy loads over long distances. The goal of the motorized toolbox is to reduce the risk of injury, decrease associated healthcare costs, and promote the hiring and retention of personnel of different physical conditions and ages.
