PIoneerIWS products allow you to built custom workflow, storage and organizational solutions that will make you more efficient by utilizing Lean Manufacturing and 5S principals.

With Gridlok, you get tough metal panels cut from 14-gauge steel that can easily hold up to 60 lbs. on a single industrial hook. And unlike most pegboards, our patent-pending d design keeps your hooks and shelving securely in place every time you remove a tool. When combined with our Gridlok panels and accessories, Flexturs can be transformed into a mobile toolbox, workstation or even retail shelving.

Flexturs carts feature a heavy-duty construction that easily adapts to your needs. Each Cart begins with a standard 32” w x 34” d base on casters and two 73” h vertical posts (78-1/4” overall height). From there you decide what configuration and accessories best fit your needs. Flexturs can also be fastened together to create carts up to 6-feet wide, that still easily fit through a standard door.

Our products work in nearly any enviroment from the fabrication floor, to assembly, shipping, even the office. As we implemented LEAN manufacturing principles at our own shop, we couldn’t find a system that was simple and versatile, yet durable and affordable. So we created our own, and that became the foundation for PioneerIWS products.
We’ve seen first hand how the PioneerIWS system improved the workflow, storage and organization of our business. Now, we’re excited to share it with you.
