The SBC is a belt-driven slider bed curve with tapered pulleys that provides a positive flow of products. The conveyor transports a wide variety of products, and is available in 45, 60, and 90 degree curves. The SBC offers features to help with overall maintenance, including a clear visibility window, drives on the outside, and tension indicators.
Innovation Statement
The SBC has been created to transport a wide variety of products through curves while maintaining product orientation and tracking, with the added benefits of decreased maintenance and reduced noise when compared with other curve models available on the market. The spring loaded clamshell pin-and-tab belt guides allow for easy and fast maintenance.
