Service Manager

Stoecklin Logistics Inc. (booth # 7061)

The Service Manager is responsible for the Technical Service Department. This includes the sale, planning and coordination of after-sales activities. He/She will lead the members of the service team, measure and analyze their work and propose improvements to the processes of the overall department. He/She is the contact person for customer service (complaints and inquiries). He/She will be versatile and have the appropriate technical, commercial and management skills.

The following Know-how is desired:
• Experience in troubleshooting
• Able to read electrical and mechanical plans and organize actions from them
• Basic knowledge of memory programmable controls (Simatic PLC)
• Basic knowledge of drive and control technology
• Knowledge of the prevention of electrical and HSE risks
• Commercial responsibility to create quotations

The following qualifications / education is desired:
• Technical / commercial training
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar field of activity
• English (good in word and font)
• Bilingual, English/German (language spoken in companies) or English/Spanish (branch in Mexico) preferred but not required
• MS Office knowledge
