Job Description and Requirements:
The National Account Manager is responsible for business development within existing accounts, relationship building, customer retention and growth, liaison internal/external and selling new business. Position responsible for managing $30-$40M book of business annually.
Develop and/or manage customer accounts resulting in $30-$40M in business sales annually over 'national coverage' in all industry segments
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at the corporate level
Full customer management responsibilities from on-boarding
Autonomous work ethic
Represent 48forty Solutions in all facets of professionalism
Utilizing solutions, match potential organizational capability to various needs as identified by customer base
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or other equivalent academic disciplines
Formal sales training preferred
Minimum of at least three to five years of experience in a national sales position
Experience in the Logistics, Industrial Packaging, Transportation, or Pallet/Container industries is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Revenue and volume growth
Profitability
Contributions to safety in self, environment and workplace
Customer satisfaction
Authority/Decision Making:
Customer Accounts
Resolving problems to meet customer's satisfaction
Presentations
Reporting
Internal RFP Management
