HAIPICK System (known as KUBO before) introduces an autonomous case-handling robotic system into the market. Compared with the “shelving-to-person” system, HAIPICK “case-to-person” system optimizes distribution and fulfillment efficiency, accuracy and costs in a more precise way.
HAIPICK system consists of HAIPICK robots, multifunctional workstations, charging stations, storage units and HAIQ software platform. The latest HAIPCK robot, which highly improves storage density by 80% and working efficiency by 4 times than the traditional picking process, is 4.2m (13.7ft) height with 4m (13ft) shelving. Each HAIPICK robot can carry up to 8 cases (up to 30kg/66lbs. each case) at a time, with the maximum speed at 1.8m/s (5.9ft/s).
With HAIPICK, warehouses can be transformed with automated conveying, retrieval, storage and sortation. HAIPICK system can be deployed in one week and the whole project can be launched in one month. It is also easy to move or expand the warehouse depending on the business needs. Besides, HAIPICK system shortens ROI to 2-3 years for clients.
As a highly flexible automation solution, HAIPICK system is customizable, and it is able to operate on totes and cartons in different sizes at the same time. HAIPICK also can interact with various equipment, including, but not limited to, robotic arms and conveyor system, smoothly adapting to different scenarios.
