What You’ll Do:
As a Principal Consultant, you will:
• Analyze client supply chain for patterns, trends and root cause analysis of inefficiencies to develop recommendation and solutions to improve customers supply chain operations
• Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements through strong operational warehouse management and supply chain distribution knowledge
• Provide analytical and consultative expertise in warehouse management, warehouse labor management and transportation management solutions
• Develop and deliver user training and materials to clients
• Document standard operating procedures, process flows, and other documents to support customers supply chain distribution operations
• Own the planning, design, and execution of efficient distribution supply chain for customers
• Analyze large data sets to find anomalies or patterns to support recommendations or provide operational performance visibility
• Promotes a commitment to continuous improvement and ensures standardization of best practices for client
• Utilize your technical development skills and product knowledge to maintain and enhance complex Supply Chain Execution System software
• Collaborate with a team to ensure completion of deliverables and phases throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Communicate updates and impediments with teammates and managers
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with customer information

What We Look For:
• Five or more years’ experience in supply chain consulting, technical consulting, or software development with progressive responsibilities
• Ability to travel to customer sites
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving ability
• Advanced SQL knowledge, in addition to JAVA, C, and other technical languages (preferred)
• Familiarity with warehouse environments and/or operations (preferred)
• Ability to manage time across several projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated excellence in presentation and communication skills
• Experience mentoring and developing others
• High level of confidentiality and discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
