The VP of Consumer Goods within the WDS Americas Region is responsible for the organization and management of all strategic and operational affairs of his/her Business Unit (BU).
This includes full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility within the regional framework. Functional responsibility includes Business Development, Consulting & Design, Sales, Procurement, Project Management and Implementation. Software & Controls services are provided by the regional Software & Controls Hub and will be utilized in the same way the Swisslog product suite is utilized.
The VP of Consumer Goods has overall P&L responsibility of the BU operation and is authorized to make the necessary decisions for the operation according to the quality handbook, signature rules and the responsibilities matrix of the Process Handbook.
You are authorized to approve and adjust organizational, personnel, and business process requirements to meet the earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) and the general business environment in the regional market.
You are authorized to make the necessary decisions within your approved company budget and to act according to the Regulation on Signatures and Authorization within the applicable scope.
