Sure Sort is an automated put wall designed to efficiently and effectively sort up to 2,400 items per hour into customized sort locations. One fully configured Sure Sort system can replace up to six manual put walls.

Innovation Statement

Sure Sort has helped National Vision, Inc. streamline their manufacturing to retail store delivery process. Sure Sort’s unique sorting capabilities allows for multiple applications within their Atlanta based DC.

Automating their cross-dock package sorting and order consolidation of contact lenses, prescription glasses and other optical products by retail location is now completed and out the door in one day. Sure Sort has effectively allowed National Vision, Inc. to achieve sorting rates that exceed the typical rates of multiple put wall aisles.

Applicability

Sure Sort’s footprint is a fraction of what’s required for other sorting systems, freeing up significant space for other warehousing operations and allowing companies to sort items more efficiently with less labor.
